Controls
Release / don't touch — leaf opens wide, catches wind, rises gently
Hold Space or touch screen — leaf curls tight, dives fast through gaps
Double-tap or W / ↑ — rocket boost upward (costs 1 seed charge)
Esc — pause / menu
Scoring & Combos
Your score increases as you travel further through the forest
Collect golden seeds for +10 points (× your combo multiplier)
Thread close to branches for near-miss bonuses of +5 points
Chain seeds and near-misses to build a combo multiplier — watch the orange timer bar appear next to your boost meter
The combo bar shows how much time you have left to keep your streak going — let it run out and your multiplier resets!
Wind & Weather
A continuous wind field flows through the entire world — an open leaf always catches it
Green updraft zones give extra lift when your leaf is open — the indicator will pulse green
Red downdraft zones appear after your first full year — they push you down with a blinking red warning. Curl to cut through, or boost to escape
As you progress, the forest cycles through spring → summer → autumn → winter
Achievements
Earn permanent achievements by reaching milestones — view them in the Achievements menu
Achievements include high scores, combo streaks, seed collection, and more — they persist across all your runs
Difficulty
Branches get closer together and gaps get tighter over time
After the first year, some branches begin to sway — watch the rhythm
Downdraft zones appear as additional hazards in later stages
Rooms & Leaderboards
By default you compete on the global leaderboard against all players worldwide
Create or join a room on the title screen to set up a private leaderboard — perfect for competing with friends, family, or coworkers
Share your room code via the social buttons — anyone with the code can join and their scores will appear on your shared leaderboard
Each room has its own separate leaderboard — your global scores and room scores are tracked independently

Performance
If the game runs slowly on your device, switch to Low Quality graphics in Options
Low quality reduces visual detail (fewer bark grooves, simpler foliage, no moss) for smoother gameplay on older devices
